ThaiNetCity was established and registered as a company in 1998. Our range of titles on various formats has grown from the initial 200 to over 2000 at the present time. As we were the first, we were of course the leader in Thai online music sale. Although our company remains a small but efficient family-run company, we have continued to maintain our lead in offering an ever increasing range of titles at competitive prices. While our shipping by increased use of fast and secure UPS shipping has improved over the years cost has been reduced (subject to currency exchange fluctuations) through improved terms that we were able to negotiate with UPS. When shipping by post we remain at the mercy of the efficiency or inefficiency of the world's postal services. We were the first to introduce the now much copied air mail shipping guarantee whereby we will replace any shipment which the post office has mislaid.
