How to make your browser display Thai fonts

The latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (5.x) has the best built-in support for display of Thai font, by far. If at all possible you should download MSIE 5.x from microsoft.com. To view Thai font with MSIE 5.x, simply select "encoding: Thai" from the "view" drop-down menu. It is also useful to add the encoding icon to your menu bar. If you are using older browsers, follow the links the below. Note: AOL browser should be the same as Netscape, but we are unable to verify this.

Read the instruction and download the necessary files from this site or go here for instructions.
